REFUNDS are offered in the case of missing items or not-as-described quality with proof. NO REFUNDS are provided for digital goods except in the case of non-functional items or failure to deliver within 30 days. If you have trouble or a bug report, please contact me.
REPLACEMENTS will be offered only when possible; purchase of a digital download entitles you to be able to re-download the same product again any time you should need it. If you have trouble re-downloading a digital product, contact me.
PRE-ORDERS are non-refundable after the order placement date unless the item arrives not as described or is lost in the mail, with proof.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, refund and refuse sales, or block accounts as the shop owner for any reason. I do not provide any pirating services (such as ripping & distributing models from materials you do not own) nor will I work with unlicensed assets. Use of my work in a hateful, discriminatory manner or in training generative AI is not permitted.
